The Oatmeal Buttermilk Pancake mix is our 2nd most popular mix! Oatmeal Buttermilk has no added sugar. This mix was created by Roger Aldrich when his cholesterol levels were too high. It uses egg whites and oil over whole eggs and butter, plus has heart healthy oats and whole grains that we stone grind ourselves in it. This mix allows it to be filling but also nice and fluffy! Not only is this mix good for you, but as many of our customers have discovered it tastes great! This pancake mix goes wonderfully with any of our maple products on top of them, and many folks like to add blueberries or chocolate chips to compliment the batter. 

Our whole wheat pancake mix makes a nice and hearty pancake! Enjoy pancakes with all the benefits whole grain flour! As always, we stone grind the whole wheat right here at our restaurant. We also use locally sourced grains from NEK Grains for the freshest best grains available. Because of this stone grinding this mix produces pancakes that are delicious, hearty, and fluffy.

Our Buckwheat pancake mix is made from stone ground organic grains. We stone grind them right here in Sugar Hill at our restaurant. This allows them to be the freshest and fluffiest buckwheat pancakes possible. They have a nice nutty flavor and pleasing texture. They are very light and airy, not dense.
