The Oatmeal Buttermilk Pancake mix is our 2nd most popular mix! Oatmeal Buttermilk has no added sugar. This mix was created by Roger Aldrich when his cholesterol levels were too high. It uses egg whites and oil over whole eggs and butter, plus has heart healthy oats and whole grains that we stone grind ourselves in it. This mix allows it to be filling but also nice and fluffy! Not only is this mix good for you, but as many of our customers have discovered it tastes great! This pancake mix goes wonderfully with any of our maple products on top of them, and many folks like to add blueberries or chocolate chips to compliment the batter. 

Our cornmeal pancakes are always a favorite at Polly’s! Now with this cornmeal pancake mix you can make them at home. These pancakes are similar to a Johnny Cake or cornbread. Our staff raves about and recommends these all the time.
